Key Requirements: Must be from Odisha with a strong understanding of the local market. 4-6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail/FMCG/apparel industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across multiple store locations within Odisha. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
