Job Summary:

Citykart Stores Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales / Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across multiple stores in Odisha. The ideal candidate must be from Odisha and possess strong leadership, sales, and operational skills to manage store profitability and team performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth across assigned stores in Odisha.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high standards of store operations.
  • Identify business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the region.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to company policies and sales strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for stock availability.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be from Odisha with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail/FMCG/apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel across multiple store locations within Odisha.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling multiple stores or regional sales operations.
