Job Title:
Regional Sales Manager Odisha (FMCG Food Division)

HQ: Bhubaneswar

Region:
Entire Odisha

Reporting To:
National Sales Head / General Manager Sales

CTC: Maximum gross up to 15 LPA + Allowance

Job Objective:

To lead and expand the companys FMCG food business across Odisha by driving sales growth, strengthening distribution networks, and launching new products effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets across Odisha.
  • Develop, expand, and manage the
    distribution network
    with effective
    distributor and sales team appointments
    .
  • Build and maintain
    strong contacts and rapport with key trade partners
    , wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Lead
    new product launches
    in the Odisha market with effective market activation plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Motivate, train, and guide the field sales team to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Ensure optimum stock management, visibility, and market coverage.
  • Strengthen the companys market position through strategic initiatives and brand-building efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with specialization in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience
    in FMCG
    food brands
    , with a proven track record as
    Regional Sales Manager
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of the Odisha market
    with strong trade and channel relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in
    distributor appointments, team building, and market expansion.
  • Experience in
    new product launches
    within the region.
  • Age:
    Up to 45 years.
