Job Description Job Description: Sales Executive - Hospitality Division Company: Creative Multibrand (P) Ltd Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview Creative Multibrand (P) Ltd is a premier Bhubaneswar-based supplier of high-quality guest amenities to the hospitality industry. We pride ourselves on enhancing the guest experience for our esteemed hotel and guesthouse partners through our exceptional product range and reliable service. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel management and a passion for sales. This role is responsible for driving the sales of our guest amenity products by actively visiting hotels, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets the Bhubaneswar region & rest of Odisha. Key Responsibilities Client Visits: Proactively travel in Bhubaneswar region & rest of Odisha to visit existing and potential clients, including hotels, guesthouses, resorts, hospitals & corporate houses. Sales & Business Development: Present our product catalog, understand client needs, and generate new leads and sales orders. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel procurement managers, general managers, and owners. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and submit regular sales reports. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management is strongly preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Local Knowledge: Must be willing and able to travel extensively within Bhubaneswar & rest of Odisha. A personal vehicle is mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of hotel operations and procurement processes. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
