- Proven experience in a presales role within the IT services or digital transformation industry.
- Strong analytical and consulting skills to identify client needs and craft suitable solutions.
- Experience in bidding on international projects and handling global clients.
- Demonstrated success in consistently winning projects through bidding and achieving corporate targets.
- Proficiency in identifying bidding opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and successfully securing projects via platforms like GEM, UNGM, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Prior experience in preparing technical proposals and leading presales activities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering value and building trust.
- Proficiency in procurement and bidding platforms (e.g., GEM, UNGM) is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding and familiarity with software development, cloud technologies, digital transformation services, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
