Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Presales Specialist. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses, providing consulting services, and engaging in customer service. The role includes developing client proposals and presentations, supporting sales teams with prospecting, and identifying potential customer needs to align solutions accordingly.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Consulting experience and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proven track record in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Experience in Presales activities and developing client proposals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in relevant industry sectors is an advantage
