Technology Roadmap Specialist

As a Technology Roadmap Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and managing technology & product planning processes. You will constantly look out for innovation and lead strategic planning to drive development initiatives.

  • Develop applications, solutions, frameworks/tools/accelerators with superior technical mastery in Warehouse Management products.
  • Conceptualize, analyze, create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions.
  • Proactively research, evaluate, prototype, and recommend the right technology platforms/solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on technology standards and emerging technologies trends by attending conferences.
  • Conduct webinars showcasing technology capabilities.
  • Setup Warehouse Management systems with industry-proven best practices and development methodologies.
  • Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and encourage team members to participate.
  • Lead presales activities from offshore for new opportunities and proposals, working with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple technology teams and mentor next-level technology leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience with good hands-on experience in Warehouse Management System (Manhattan/Blue Yonder/Korber/Microsoft Dynamics 365). They should have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management domain and proficiency in architecting large-scale real-time complex distributed systems.

They should also possess creative problem-solving skills related to technical issues and be flexible to manage changing technical goals and demands. Experience with design of modern scalable technology platforms/services and Agile development process is a must. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges is required.
