Job Description We seek an experienced sales executive passionate about sales and business development in a startup environment, achieving customer acquisition, building the first sales team, helping close business, and executing. - Experience in growing a high-tech or software early-stage startup company is a significant plus. - SAS sales expertise is highly desirable. Roles & Responsibilities: - We seek a young, talented, passionate, and professional Business Development Manager. - The role will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing them to develop new business. - Study the Clients, identify potential clients, and generate leads and opportunities. - Follow marketing research, forecasting, planning, and promotion. - Meet the revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction - Looking for Candidates from IT Solutions/Services backgrounds. - Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Onboarding and Revenue Targets. - An ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with a passion for sales. - Own end-to-end business development funnel from lead generation to closure and be responsible for achieving revenue targets. - Responsible for stakeholder management across delivery, pre-sales, and solution. Required Skills: - Naturally aggressive and passionate about the job. - Ability to understand brief/requirements of client requirements. - High sense of responsibility towards targets given to him/her. - Good communication skills (written and oral). - Should have a knack for experimenting and a zeal to explore new ways to interact with clients. - Multi-tasker. - Comfortable in traveling as required -
