This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 20-30 LPA) Min Experience: 12 years Location: Surat, Gujarat JobType: full-time We are looking for a senior business leader to spearhead regional growth, revenue expansion, and strategic market development. This role carries full responsibility for sales performance, P&L ownership, and team leadership, with direct involvement in shaping business strategy alongside the leadership team. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Lead project-based B2B sales in the building materials, construction, or infrastructure ecosystem. - Drive regional market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning. - Ensure revenue delivery, payment collections, and disciplined credit management. - Build data-driven sales forecasts, market insights, and performance dashboards. - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (currently 6 members). - Strengthen brand presence through targeted partnerships, marketing, and industry engagement. - Establish structured sales governance through KPIs, MIS, and reporting frameworks. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: B.E.
