Business Head will be responsible for managing and leading the business operations related to renewable energy projects, focusing on solar and wind energy. He will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's renewable energy portfolio and managing the overall business operations of the company's renewable energy projects. The Business Head will be responsible for the business expansion strategy and achieving companies primary goals and objective
Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)
- Providing strategic, financial, operational & Administrative leadership for business development and expansion and to closely coordinate and work with senior leadership team.
- Developing new strategies for business expansion to meet the company's objectives.
- Building and leading a team of business development professionals
- Keeping a close eye on government's policies related to power/renewable energy and converting such opportunities into business growth for the company.
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's business development function and performance.
- Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs.
- Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions.
- Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, specifically evaluating potential geographical expansion areas.
- Work with the finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
