Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for the role of Marketing Head. The Marketing Head will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include crafting innovative campaigns, managing brand visibility, analyzing market trends, and leading a marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
  • Expertise in Market Research, Brand Development, and Competitive Analysis
  • Strong skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategy Development
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
