Business Development Representative

Job Description As our US Market Growth Executive (BDR), you'll be the pioneer in scaling AuthBridge's footprint across the United States. You'll be the first touch for prospects, identifying, qualifying, and steering conversationsfueling our US growth engine. What You'll Do - Scout and prospect new U.S. enterprise accounts across verticals (HR, FinTech, RegTech, SaaS) - Conduct discovery calls, demos, and qualification to hand off high-potential leads to Account Executives - Build and execute a territory plan with focused outreach (cold, email, social, events) - Partner with Marketing & Product to localize messaging, campaigns, and collaterals for U.S. audience - Track and optimize metrics: pipeline volume, conversion rates, response rates, deal velocity - Become an evangelist for AuthBridge's trust, compliance, and security story. What You Bring - 13 years of inside sales, business development, or SDR experience (preferably in B2B SaaS) - Experience selling to U.S. enterprises (or a strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics & decision cycles) - Strong self-starter with hustle mindsetcomfortable working independently
