The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. Daily tasks will include market analysis, client meetings, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. The role involves contributing to the company's growth by expanding the customer base and enhancing the company's market presence. Qualifications - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Experience in market analysis and developing sales strategies - Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools - Strong organizational and time management skills - Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the General Insurance industry - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
