We seek a Director of Sales - Proactive for Bangalore's Leading Luxury International Hotel brand.

CTC: Up to 30 lacs p.a. based on candidate experience and capability

Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

THIS POSITION IS FOR POTENTIAL CANDIDATES WITH ONLY HOTEL EXPERIENCE (LUXURY HOTELS)

- Experience of at least 10 years with Luxury Hotels (including International Brands)
- A degree-level qualification with an MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
- Expertise & Passion for Hotel Sales and for achieving targets and objectives
- Strong Knowledge of the Luxury Hotel Industry and relevant local markets
- Excellent Client Reach and Connect
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand key business indicators & trends
- Ability to contribute to the development of sales and marketing initiatives by recommending, implementing, and monitoring appropriate local activity
- Plan sales activities, coach & develop the Sales Team to achieve Company Sales targets
- Expand new customer acquisitions and manage contacts with existing clients and key contacts
