Lead - Leasing -Corporate Cleantech Finance REPORTS TO SOLID MATRIX Business Head- Transition Finance Position Grade M3 M4 Business Unit Corporate Cleantech Finance Department TFG Sub Function Leasing Location Mumbai Delhi Number of Positions 1 One Position Type Full Time Job Purpose Direct Reports Position Title Resources The objective of this role is to grow the Leasing business pan India in Corporate finance segment and to drive growth profitability and client satisfaction This individual will be responsible for pitching structuring and conversion of deals in leasing of diverse assets This includes shaping up a business development strategy establishing key client vendor relationships optimizing operational processes collaboration with internal stakeholders corporate teams and expanding the market footprint to position the organization as a prominent player in the Corporate Leasing Nil Team Size Direct Nil Indirect Team Size On rolls Nil Financial Resources Book Size INR 700 Crore Return on Equity ROE - Min 18 XIRR - 11 Main Accountabilities Qualifications Experience Minimum Degree CA MBA ICWA other Postgraduates Finance Minimum Years type of experience 10-14 years in Emerging Mid Large corporate business Equipment Finance Leasing exp is preferable Industry - Banking NBFCs Leadership Competencies Ownership Speed Agility Meritocracy Customer Focus Tech Quotient Change Management Sustainability Adaptability Influence Collaboration Integrity Resilience Functional Competencies As per existing grid of TCL Key Decisions taken Sourcing New Clients Achieving Budgetary Number Client relationship management Identify Source Develop long-term relationships with Emerging Mid Large Corporates with a view to achieve growth targets of Leasing business in Corporate markets Work on TCL s existing clientele Loan customer and whenever feasible make a Lease proposal with the client Responsible for Portfolio growth of Leasing business in Corporate segments and achieving Budgetary number in terms of NII Fee income Portfolio size Understand client needs and propose leasing as an alternative option solution to the customers while adhering to risk management guidelines Source and Maintain relationships with corporates OEMs Vendors generate business by doing frequent interactions and meetings via various channels - direct indirect online offline etc Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level The ability to submit proposals while working with the relevant relationship team this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders on various internal processes to ensure a successful conversion and disbursement Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a periodic basis identifying and resolving any issues raised Maintain periodic portfolio MIS including calls-to-action conversion status etc Guide and mentor juniors team members and take ownership of leasing pan India Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams
