**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market available commercial properties across Navi Mumbai for lease.
- Handle end-to-end leasing activities - from lead generation to finalizing lease agreements.
- Conduct site visits with prospective tenants and explain property features and benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate rental terms and assist in preparing lease documents.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leased and available units.
- Keep track of market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities in the area.
- Assist in strategizing the best approach to maximize occupancy and rental yields.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in **commercial leasing** or real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the **Navi Mumbai commercial property market**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic real estate CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
