Identify and target prospective tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, and referrals.
Build a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities with premium brands across retail, F&B, corporate, and lifestyle sectors.
~ Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reputed national & international brands.
Act as the key point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing cycle — from first meeting to deal closure and post-occupancy support.
~ Leasing Negotiations

Negotiate lease terms, rental values, escalation clauses, and fit-out periods to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Liaise with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies.
~ Conduct regular market surveys to monitor rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitive developments.
Showcase USPs such as location advantages, footfall data, amenities, and brand positioning.
~ Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that attract target brands.
Coordinate with operations and facilities teams to ensure spaces are ready for tenant visits and handovers.
~ Ensure timely follow-ups on lease expiry and initiate renegotiations well in advance.
~ Maintain accurate records of all leasing inquiries, negotiations, agreements, and renewals.
Submit weekly/monthly reports to management on leasing performance, pipeline status, and market updates.

3 to 4 year's of experience in commercial leasing premium offices.
~ Strong network with national & international brands.
~ MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/ Sales / Real Estate will be Preferred.
~ Understanding of market trends & leasing processes.
