We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leasing Executive to join our real estate team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial leasing processes and a strong understanding of the Navi Mumbai commercial property market. You will play a key role in leasing out multiple commercial units in our portfolio and building strong relationships with potential tenants and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market available commercial properties across Navi Mumbai for lease.
  • Handle end-to-end leasing activities – from lead generation to finalizing lease agreements.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective tenants and explain property features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Negotiate rental terms and assist in preparing lease documents.
  • Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leased and available units.
  • Keep track of market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities in the area.
  • Assist in strategizing the best approach to maximize occupancy and rental yields.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai commercial property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic real estate CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
