Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development

Identify and target prospective tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, and referrals.

Build a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities with premium brands across retail, F&B, corporate, and lifestyle sectors.

  • Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reputed national & international brands.

Act as the key point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing cycle — from first meeting to deal closure and post-occupancy support.

  • Leasing Negotiations

Negotiate lease terms, rental values, escalation clauses, and fit-out periods to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Liaise with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct regular market surveys to monitor rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitive developments.

Identify emerging business categories and recommend tenant mix improvements to enhance property appeal.

  • Property Showcasing & Presentations

Organize property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.

Showcase USPs such as location advantages, footfall data, amenities, and brand positioning.

  • Coordination & Internal Communication

Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that attract target brands.

Coordinate with operations and facilities teams to ensure spaces are ready for tenant visits and handovers.

  • Tenant Retention & Renewals

Maintain regular interaction with existing tenants to address concerns and encourage renewals.

Ensure timely follow-ups on lease expiry and initiate renegotiations well in advance.

  • Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all leasing inquiries, negotiations, agreements, and renewals.

Submit weekly/monthly reports to management on leasing performance, pipeline status, and market updates.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 to 4 year’s of experience in commercial leasing premium offices.
  • Strong network with national & international brands.
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/ Sales / Real Estate will be Preferred.
  • Understanding of market trends & leasing processes.
