**Job Summary**:
The Commercial Property Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing the leasing of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail spaces, and industrial properties. This role requires a keen understanding of the commercial real estate market, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lease Negotiation & Management**: Manage the negotiation, renewal, and termination of commercial property leases, ensuring terms align with company and client objectives.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and stay updated on the local commercial property landscape to ensure the company remains competitive.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, potential clients, and brokers to ensure high occupancy rates.
- **Property Marketing**: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for attracting tenants, including online listings, brochures, and advertisements.
- **Lease Documentation & Compliance**: Prepare and review lease contracts, ensuring all terms are clear, legal, and in compliance with regulations.
- **Site Visits & Presentations**: Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on available properties to potential tenants.
- **Tenant Retention**: Work closely with existing tenants to address any concerns or maintenance issues, fostering long-term relationships and high retention rates.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on leasing activities, vacancy rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial property leasing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate leasing processes and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant real estate software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
