**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Executive, located in Navi Mumbai. The Commercial Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leases, conducting lease negotiations and administration, and performing market research. The role involves daily coordination with tenants and clients, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration
- Experience with Leases and Market Research
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with reputed developer will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
