1) Developing relationships with top corporates who could be potential tenants for commercial properties.
3) Understanding corporates/individuals leasing goals and proposing them appropriate opportunities.
6) Negotiating, closing deals and taking care of the post sales process for tenants.
You have at least 1 year of experience in any sales, leasing or business development role. Sales/leasing role in the commercial real estate industry would be preferred.

Most work is out of office meeting clients and showing properties
