Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team asMenu Specialistsin our Semi Voice Process. As aMenu Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with menu-related inquiries and helping them make informed decisions about food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
- This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about customer service and have strong communication skills. No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
- Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:Handle inbound or outbound calls (semi-voice process) to assist customers with menu-related questions, recommendations, and clarifications.
- Product Knowledge:Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the products (menu items) and services offered by the company to provide accurate information.
- Provide Assistance:Assist customers in placing orders, making special requests, or resolving any menu-related issues.
- Problem Resolution:Address customer concerns regarding menu items and escalate issues when necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Communication:Ensure clear and professional communication at all times with customers and team members.
- Follow Process Guidelines:Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet Performance Metrics:Achieve individual and team performance goals related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
- Skills & Qualifications: Education:Freshers with a minimum of 12th grade pass (higher education preferred).
- Communication Skills:Strong verbal communication skills with a good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer Focused:A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to understand and accurately communicate menu items and services.
- Basic Computer Skills:Comfortable working with systems and data entry.
- Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability:Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
