Job Position: Process Executive - Voice

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Process Executive - Voice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle customer queries and resolve technical complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Btech, Bsc IT, BSC Com Sci, MCA)
  • Minimum 0-6 months of experience in digital marketing or certification in DM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Strong comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand customer issues
  • Able to focus on customer issues without distraction until resolution
  • Good composition skills and ability to write grammatically correct and concise responses
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with desktop computer systems and software applications
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong customer service skills, including maintaining focus on customer issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with working schedule
