Role & responsibilities:

- Branch Management- Oversee bancassurance operations across multiple bank branches within the assigned cluster, ensuring consistent service delivery and sales processes
- Team Leadership- Lead, coach and develop relationship managers and sales personnel across cluster branches to maximize their selling potential and product knowledge
- GWP Target Achievement- Drive Gross Written Premium targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, monitoring, and implementing corrective actions across the cluster
- Performance Monitoring- Track and analyze key performance indicators including conversion rates, policy renewals, customer acquisition, and individual team member productivity
- Business Development Targets- Achieve customer acquisition targets, cross-selling objectives, and market penetration goals while maintaining compliance and service quality standards
