Location: Phoenix Residency, Shillong
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

About Phoenix Residency

Phoenix Residency is a young, dynamic hotel brand in Shillong, offering premium comfort and service. We are looking for an energetic professional to drive sales and build our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive room sales through travel agents, OTAs (MakeMyTrip, , GoIbibo, etc.), and corporate tie-ups.
  • Develop and execute online sales strategies including social media, digital marketing, and influencer tie-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with local and national travel agencies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative ideas to boost occupancy.
  • Represent Phoenix Residency as a dynamic, customer-first brand.
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Hospitality/Marketing preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales/marketing experience in hospitality, travel, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with OTAs, digital marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
