Designation Sales Marketing Manager Location Phoenix Residency Shillong Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month plus performance-based incentives About Phoenix Residency Phoenix Residency is a young dynamic hotel brand in Shillong offering premium comfort and service We are looking for an energetic professional to drive sales and build our market presence Key Responsibilities Generate leads and drive room sales through travel agents OTAs MakeMyTrip Booking com GoIbibo etc and corporate tie-ups Develop and execute online sales strategies including social media digital marketing and influencer tie-ups Build strong relationships with local and national travel agencies Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative ideas to boost occupancy Represent Phoenix Residency as a dynamic customer-first brand Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on targets Requirements Bachelor s degree Hospitality Marketing preferred 2-5 years of sales marketing experience in hospitality travel or related industries Familiarity with OTAs digital marketing and lead generation Strong communication and negotiation skills Energetic self-motivated and target-driven Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
