Job Description This job is provided by apna.co Make outbound calls to customers for: Loan payment reminders Document collection follow-up Product promotion (e.g., personal loans, gold loans, business loans, etc.) Receive inbound calls to assist with customer queries and complaints. Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly to customers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Handle delinquent accounts and convince customers for timely repayments. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and collection targets.
