This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 3 years Location Rajkot Morbi Vadodara Ankleshwar JobType full-time Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager - Home Loans to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Home Loans Prime Home Loans and Housing Loan products along with a deep understanding of the retail mortgage industry and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment has strong customer relationship skills and can lead sales efforts to acquire new customers and grow the business Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and acquire new customers for home loan and prime housing loan products through direct sourcing channel partners builders and referral networks Customer Engagement Understand the customer s home financing needs and provide appropriate product solutions based on eligibility income profile and credit assessment Lead Conversion Manage end-to-end lead life cycle - from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and facilitating documentation Relationship Management Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including builders real estate agents DSA Direct Selling Agents and customers to generate repeat and referral business Product Knowledge Advisory Stay updated on loan product features interest rates credit policies and eligibility criteria Provide accurate information and advise customers accordingly Documentation Compliance Ensure accurate collection and submission of all necessary documents related to loan processing in line with company policies and regulatory standards Market Intelligence Monitor local market trends competitor offerings and customer needs to refine sales strategies and ensure competitive positioning Reporting Targets Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline MBA in Sales Marketing Finance is preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Home Loans Housing Loans preferably with banks NBFCs or HFCs Strong understanding of prime home loan segment property documentation eligibility assessments and housing finance lifecycle Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local real estate ecosystem High level of integrity self-motivation and customer focus Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint
