Role Opening: Campus Networking Ambassador

Mode: Remote + Occasional Onsite Visits

Summary

We are seeking dynamic BBA/MBA students with a flair for connecting people, marketing, and community outreach. As a Campus Networking Ambassador, you will be the bridge between our organization, your college, and community partners such as Rotary Clubs.

Your mission is to mobilize college management, create buzz among students, and coordinate impactful awareness sessions. Success in this role means measurable student participation, strong partnerships, and visible community impact.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with college management to schedule awareness sessions.
- Build relationships with Rotary Clubs, NGOs, and community leaders for collaborative events.
- Promote events through student networks, social media, and campus activities.
- Travel for occasional onsite visits to colleges and community events; work remotely for planning and coordination.
- Track engagement, attendance, and share feedback for improvement.
- Represent the organization professionally at all interactions.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a BBA or MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related specialization) from a recognized institution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one additional language such as Kannada,or Hindi .Telugu.
- Proven interest or prior experience in networking, marketing, event coordination, or community outreach.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including college management, Rotary Clubs, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with availability for occasional onsite visits in your region.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Willingness to dedicate 35 hours per week to planning, coordination, and event execution.

Preferred Qualifications Bangalore

- Residing within 1530 km of Bangalore city center.
- Active or past membership in student clubs such as Rotaract, NSS, Entrepreneurship Cell, Debate Club, Marketing Club, Finance Club, or Cultural Committees.
- Prior experience in student leadership roles, NGO volunteering, or event management.
- Passionate about community education, financial literacy, and social service.
- Familiarity with financial awareness, entrepreneurship, or social impact initiatives.
- Strong social media skills for event promotion and community engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort in addressing large groups or conducting brief presentations.

Preferred Qualifications Kolar Region

- Residing within 40-50 km of Kolar District/town or nearby areas.
- Active or past membership in student clubs such as Rotaract, NSS, Youth Red Cross, Entrepreneurship Cell, Debate Club, Marketing Club, Finance Club, or Cultural Committees.
- Prior experience in student leadership roles, NGO volunteering, or event management.
- Passionate about community education, financial literacy, and social service.
- Familiarity with financial awareness, entrepreneurship, or social impact initiatives.
- Strong social media skills for event promotion and community engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort in addressing large groups or conducting brief presentations.
