Job Description

As a Business Engagement Partner/Campus Networking Ambassador, youll be the bridge between our organization, your college, and community partners such as Rotary Clubs. Your mission is to bring high-impact financial awareness sessions to life on campus.

Success in this role means youve:

- Mobilized your college management to host sessions
- Created buzz among students for active participation
- Built strong connections with external partners
- Delivered measurable impact in terms of attendance and engagement

This role is a vital part of our outreach strategy, expanding our presence in educational institutions while giving you real-world experience in event coordination, marketing, and community leadership.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with your college management to schedule awareness sessions.
- Build relationships with Institutes, Rotary Clubs, NGOs, and community leaders for collaborative events.
- Promote events through student networks, social media, and campus activities.
- Travel for occasional onsite visits to colleges and community events; work remotely for planning and coordination.
- Track engagement and attendance, sharing feedback for improvement.
- Represent the organization professionally at all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
- Interest or experience in marketing, event management, or student leadership.
- Ability to network and build rapport with diverse groups.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing tasks.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Bangalore.
- Willingness to travel locally for onsite visits.
