Business Development Role

This is a high-ownership position where you will manage real estate partnerships, drive sales and ensure continuous partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand and nurture a strong partnership network in key markets.
  • Drive sales by sourcing deals from partners.
  • Conduct meetings and onboard new partners in assigned areas.
  • Ensure retention and maximize engagement with existing partners.
  • Organize workshops and events for partners.
  • Handle partner concerns and provide support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication & relationship management skills.
  • Experience in partnership management an advantage.
  • Availability for field visits.
  • Consistent work history with 1–2 appraisals preferred.
