We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to join our organization. As a vital member of our Human Resources department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
About the JobThis is an end-to-end employee lifecycle management opportunity with 150+ employees across various functions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with senior leaders to understand their goals and objectives, providing strategic HR expertise to support the achievement of these goals.
You will handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, enhance morale, and increase productivity and retention.
You will lead or support change management initiatives and organizational development programs to boost team effectiveness. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, providing guidance on HR-related legal matters.
You will utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for strategic HR initiatives.
You will design and implement employee engagement activities to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
