Sales and Business Development Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital campaigns, and site visits. Negotiate and finalize property deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist clients with property registration, home loans, and legal documentation when required. Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors. 2. Marketing and Promotions Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase property visibility and sales. Plan and coordinate real estate exhibitions, open house events, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run campaigns on social media, Google Ads, and property portals. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and project presentations. Analyze market trends to identify new marketing opportunities and competitive strategies. 3. Client Relationship Management Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales process. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Handle customer queries, resolve grievances, and build strong client trust and loyalty. Maintain a database of clients, leads, and property inquiries for follow-ups. 4. Market Research and Analysis Study real estate market trends, competitor projects, and property pricing. Prepare detailed reports on demand-supply gaps, buyer behavior, and pricing strategies. Monitor government policies, real estate regulations, and RERA guidelines affecting the industry. Suggest improvements in pricing, packaging, and property promotions based on research insights. 5. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, marketing plans, and client records. Assist in drafting sales agreements, legal documents, and payment schedules. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies. Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to management.Required Skills and Competencies1.
