Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. 3. Digital Marketing Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media activities. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Track digital marketing KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot or similar CRMs for reporting and optimization. 4. Content and Creative Coordination Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create engaging marketing materials. Ensure all marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, blogs, banners, etc.) align with brand strategy. Review and approve creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and events. Support product storytelling and develop content calendars for social and blog platforms. 5. Brand Development Strengthen brand identity across all touchpoints through consistent messaging and design. Oversee the use of logos, brand colors, fonts, and style guides in internal and external communications. Plan brand awareness initiatives including partnerships, sponsorships, PR, and influencer outreach. Maintain a high level of brand visibility in the target market. 6. Lead Generation and Sales Support Design and implement lead generation campaigns through digital ads, landing pages, and webinars. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are generated and nurtured effectively. Provide marketing support materials for the sales team including pitch decks, brochures, and case studies. Analyze the lead-to-conversion journey to improve customer acquisition rates. 7. Event and Trade Show Participation Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events. Handle logistics, design of booths, promotional materials, and lead capture at events. Manage post-event follow-ups, lead distribution, and performance evaluation. 8. Reporting and Analysis Track all marketing activities and provide detailed monthly and quarterly reports to management. Analyze ROI for different campaigns, channels, and marketing efforts.
