We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Business Development Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in local and international markets. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and business expansion plans. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform growth strategies. Explore potential partnerships, distribution channels, and market entry strategies. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Generate leads through market research, referrals, networking, and business directories. Build a strong sales pipeline by approaching prospective clients and key decision-makers. Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs. Negotiate and close high-value deals that align with business goals. 3. Revenue Growth Achieve assigned targets for new client acquisition, sales volume, and revenue generation. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing clients. Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure profitability on deals. 4. Team Coordination and Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with business development goals. Work closely with the operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. Train and mentor junior executives or sales associates in best practices. 5. Market Research and Reporting Conduct in-depth market research to identify demand, competition, and target audience behavior. Prepare detailed reports, business plans, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Monitor and report KPIs related to lead conversion, client acquisition, and revenue generation. 6. Brand Representation Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Build the company’s brand image by maintaining professional and productive client relationships. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings and market differentiators.Skills and Competencies: Sales and Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business development principles and B2B/B2C sales. Knowledge of pricing strategies, sales techniques, and contract negotiation. Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Confident in networking, public speaking, and relationship-building. Strategic Thinking: Capable of analyzing business data and using insights to drive action. Ability to create and implement short- and long-term business plans. Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Organization and Execution: Strong planning, time management, and project execution skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
