Coordinate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-quality content. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Lead Generation and Sales Support Develop marketing programs that generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with lead nurturing and conversion goals. Create marketing collateral and case studies to support the sales process. Market Research Conduct ongoing research to understand market dynamics, target audience preferences, and emerging opportunities. Use surveys, focus groups, and analytics tools to gather data and refine marketing strategies. Team Management and Leadership Lead, train, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Event Management Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches. Ensure successful execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
