Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, social media, property exhibitions, and referrals. Schedule meetings and site visits with clients to understand their property needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Maintain a strong database of clients and regularly update it with relevant information. 2. Property Presentation: Present available properties to prospective buyers or tenants in a professional manner. Conduct site visits and property tours, explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of properties. Provide accurate information about property specifications, legal documentation, and financial aspects. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. 3. Sales Process Management: Coordinate the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale. Prepare necessary documentation such as agreements, contracts, and property listings. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and finalize agreements. Work with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions. 4. Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, real estate laws, and local area developments. Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing, and sales strategies. Provide clients with comparative market analysis to help them make informed decisions. Recommend investment opportunities based on client goals and current market trends. 5. Reporting & Administrative Duties: Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and property information. Report progress and sales outcomes to management on a regular basis. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews. Required Skills & Competencies: Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent persuasion and closing skills. Strong ability to handle objections and offer viable solutions. Ability to understand client requirements and tailor presentations accordingly. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear and confident verbal and written communication. Active listening and empathetic approach to client needs. Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking capabilities and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and real estate platforms.
