Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and visual identity guidelines. 2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Creatives Create engaging social media posts, reels, and stories to promote projects. Design paid ad banners for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns. Work closely with the digital marketing team to deliver impactful visuals that improve reach, engagement, and lead generation. 3. Real Estate Project Marketing Materials Design project brochures, floor plans, site layouts, and elevation visuals. Prepare walkthrough presentation slides for client meetings and property launches. Create 3D mockups and promotional creatives highlighting property features and amenities. 4. Brand Identity & Consistency Maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing materials. Enhance brand visibility through innovative design concepts. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all creatives effectively represent the brand. 5. Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with real estate marketing executives, content writers, and photographers. Coordinate with the printing vendors for brochures, banners, and hoardings. Handle multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Technical Skills Proficiency in design tools like: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW (optional but preferred) Canva (for quick social media creatives) Adobe InDesign (for brochures and catalogs) Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design.
