Job Summary We are seeking dynamic personality to strengthen our Business Development activities Must be a recent management graduate and have passion to be part of startup This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Thane The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads managing client accounts and fostering strong business relationships Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for potential clients maintaining a pipeline of leads developing strategic sales plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives You will be right candidate if business management is your passion you love to talk meet people understand their technical problems and offer a solution You should also be ready for intercity travel etc Key Responsibilities Managing existing clients Identify potential customers nurture the leads and close To be a single point of contact for customers and ensure repeat orders Develop a effective referral and channel partner program Supervise marketing and sales automation to ensure monthly leads Look after brand building practices and contribute wherever possible Qualifications Bachelors in Business or Mass Media Excellent Communication skills Familiarity with ERP software solutions is a plus Tech savvy with various ideas of sales and marketing automation Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in the field Team player with strong interpersonal skills able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization Should be ambitious have patience and ready to take risk OTHER INFORMATION- Immediate joiners are required Note Apply only if you ambitious willing to grow and ready to be part of business transformation Do not apply if looking for just remote and fixed hours desk job Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Ability to commute relocate Thane Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Language Hindi Required English Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location Remote
