Job Title Sponsorship Business Development Manager Location Belapur Navi Mumbai Job Type Full-Time Onsite Salary Competitive based on experience Who Are We Looking For We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sponsorship Business Development Manager to join our team The ideal candidate has proven experience in sponsorship or media sales with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships securing sponsorships and driving revenue through value-based selling Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential sponsors and partners for our event portfolio India global Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with event objectives brand value and market opportunities Negotiate sponsorship contracts and agreements ensuring favourable terms for both sponsor and company Build and nurture strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners ensuring high satisfaction and retention Collaborate with marketing events operations content and digital teams to create activation plans deliverables and metrics for sponsor fulfilment Monitor and report on sponsorship performance ROI deliverables and impact including KPIs such as exposure lead generation brand visibility Manage end-to-end business development processes lead generation qualifying prospects pitching closing deals hand-over to delivery teams Analyse market trends competitor sponsorship activities industry benchmarks in India and globally identify new market segments and strategic opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records sales pipeline forecasts and business development dashboards Work within budgets and timelines ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to agreed quality standards Participate in relevant industry events conferences and networking activities to promote the company s sponsorship offering and build relationships Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Events Management or a related field MBA preferred Proven experience typically 2-4 years in sponsorship sales business development in the events media sports or live experiences industry ideally with exposure to both Indian and international markets Strong track record of closing sponsorship deals and managing partnerships end-to-end Excellent negotiation communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to drive growth in new markets Comfortable travelling for events client meetings and international markets as required Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Why Join Us Work with a global trade media brand in a collaborative and innovative environment Opportunity to grow in a high-impact role focused on strategic partnerships Competitive salary and attractive incentives Professional development and career advancement opportunities Access to industry events decision-makers and thought leaders To Apply Send your resume to hr statmarcomgroup com Contact 91 84336 81769 Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 54 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Application Deadline 20 05 2025
