Hr Manager

Core responsibilities Strategic HR planning Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company s business goals such as supporting workforce needs and driving growth Recruitment and talent management Manage the entire hiring process from recruitment to onboarding and develop programs for employee training engagement and retention Employee and labor relations Act as a liaison between management and employees addressing grievances resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary actions to foster a positive environment Compliance and safety Ensure all HR practices comply with federal state and local labor laws and regulations while also coordinating health safety and wellness programs Compensation and benefits Administer and manage employee benefits payroll and compensation programs Performance management Oversee performance appraisal systems conduct performance reviews and work with management to develop talent HR administration Maintain accurate HR records manage HR metrics and provide reports to management to support decision-making Required skills and qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is typically required Experience Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role with a strong preference for industry-specific experience Skills Excellent communication negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities are also crucial Knowledge In-depth knowledge of labor law and best HR practices along with experience using HR systems and databases Attributes People-oriented and results-driven with the ability to build relationships and manage conflict effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 168 03 - 53 874 46 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
