Job Title HR Legal Compliance Location Gummidipoondi Chennai Experience 15 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with strong expertise in Legal Compliance Government Relations and Statutory Management to lead and manage end-to-end HR and compliance functions at our manufacturing unit in Gummidipoondi The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of labour laws contractor management workers welfare EHS compliance and statutory obligations along with excellent coordination skills with government departments Key Responsibilities Oversee all HR legal and compliance activities at the plant Manage labour contractors workers wages and payroll compliance Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements PF ESI Factory Act Labour Act etc Handle EHS Environment Health Safety compliance and audits Maintain effective liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies Implement policies to ensure smooth employee relations and dispute resolution Drive workforce discipline grievance handling and welfare measures Ensure proper documentation audits and reporting to management Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Postgraduate in HR Law or related field Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance and Government Relations Strong understanding of labour laws statutory compliances and EHS regulations Experience in handling large workforce contract and permanent Excellent communication and negotiation skills with government officials contractors and workers Willing to work from Gummidipoondi Chennai location Job Type Full-time Pay 16 133 55 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
