Location: Mumbai, Delhi [Haryana, NCR], Nagpur( Rest of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh), Pune (Pune +Goa), Karnataka [Bangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum+ Hubli], Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana), Kerala [Kochi+ Thiruvananthapuram+ Ernakulam], Punjab, Uttar Pradesh [Lucknow, Allahabad] ,Kolkata, Madhya Pradesh, Chennai.

Experience: 7-8 years

Job Profile:

Expand market presence and optimize sales coverage within the region.

Develop and execute area sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing training and motivation to achieve targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.

Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and beauty outlets to expand market reach.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with key accounts.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams for successful product launches in the assigned area.

Ensure all sales teams are trained on new product lines and sales techniques.

Promote the brand through local events, workshops, and partnerships with beauty professionals or influencers.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Track and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.

Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline.

Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the area.

Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Oversee stock levels at various retail points and implement measures to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

In-depth knowledge of the cosmetic industry, market trends, and customer preferences.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
