Working Days- 6 days (2nd & fourth Saturday off)
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers in the assigned stores/territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with distributors/retail partners to maximize coverage and availability of products.
- Product Promotion & Awareness
- Showcase products to customers and educate them about key features, usage, and benefits.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities to create excitement and attract buyers.
- Distribute leaflets, brochures, or other promotional materials to boost awareness and interest.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners, staff, and customers.
- Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service to drive repeat business.
- Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Merchandising & Store Management
- Ensure proper display of products and maintain planogram standards for maximum visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely refilling of shelves to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of product display areas and promotional setups.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team to share updates on stock status, sales performance, and market issues
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, promotions, and customer interactions.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to management for strategic planning.
