SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic Solution Manager with proven expertise in cost estimation stakeholder management and solution deployment to drive the integration of Bhashini s multilingual automation solutions into government and public sector workflows This role serves as the primary bridge between government ministries departments and Bhashini s technical teams ensuring alignment of requirements with cutting-edge language technologies The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution management program delivery and stakeholder engagement coupled with the ability to develop accurate cost estimates and drive seamless implementation They will bring a deep understanding of multilingual automation technologies workflow optimization and the unique needs of government entities Press SoleCultures page of Wadhwani AI -ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSolution Management and Feasibility Analysis Serve as the primary liaison between Bhashini s multilingual automation platform and external government ministries departments Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements analyze feasibility and recommend tailored solutions from Bhashini s portfolio Translate business needs into comprehensive change requests user journeys and workflows that align with the platform s capabilities Cost Estimation and Budgeting Collaborate with the Technical Architect to structure accurate cost estimates for proposed solutions considering milestones individual components or lump-sum models Present cost structures to stakeholders with clarity and transparency to drive alignment Continuously monitor and adjust cost estimates based on project scope changes and resource requirements Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate strong relationships with senior government officials ministry representatives and public-sector leaders to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate the value of Bhashini s solutions Lead discussions and workshops with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables Act as a trusted advisor providing actionable insights to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions Solution Deployment and Optimization Oversee the smooth deployment of Bhashini s multilingual solutions within government workflows Ensure seamless user experiences by addressing technical operational and procedural bottlenecks Continuously optimize deployed solutions to meet evolving user needs and maximize efficiency Collaboration and Leadership Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers technical architects and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions Provide clear guidance and mentorship to team members to maintain alignment with organizational goals Maintain a collaborative environment among all stakeholders fostering trust and transparency Metrics and Reporting Develop and track success metrics to evaluate solution performance user satisfaction and workflow efficiency Use data analytics and visualization tools to generate insights and communicate progress to stakeholders Regularly produce detailed reports to ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases Industry Advocacy and Innovation Stay informed of emerging trends in multilingual technologies AI-driven solutions and government technology initiatives Advocate for Bhashini s mission to advance digital inclusion through innovative language automation Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the adoption of Bhashini s solutions across ministries and departments REQUIREMENTSEducational Background Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Business Administration Engineering or a related field Experience 10 years of experience in solution management program delivery or a related role Proven track record of working with government ministries public-sector stakeholders or large-scale digital transformation programs Experience with cost estimation and structuring budgets for complex technology solutions Technical Skills Familiarity with multilingual technologies AI-driven solutions or SaaS platforms is preferred Proficiency in cloud computing AWS Azure data analytics tools and workflow optimization techniques Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA MS Teams and Power BI Soft Skills Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills for engaging with high-level stakeholders Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical rigor to address complex challenges Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration Certifications Preferred PMP Scrum Master or other project management certifications Certifications in cloud computing data privacy or governance
