Job Title : Salesforce Tester.

Location : Bahrain (Candidate should be willing to travel to Bahrain).

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Testing Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Sales or Communications Cloud, system integrations, and telecom B2B processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong testing skills across Salesforce and integrated systems, along with a deep understanding of telecom business flows, BSS/OSS systems, and end-to-end order management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

Salesforce Expertise :

- Salesforce Certifications (Preferred) : Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

- Salesforce Communications Cloud : Experience in telecom industry use cases, including B2B Sales & Order Automation, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and telecom-specific modules.

- Integration Skills : Proven experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems, including BSS/OSS systems (Oracle RODOD/DBE), APIs, and third-party tools.

- Familiarity with integration frameworks such as Oracle Fusion, MuleSoft, or Salesforce-native integration tools (Salesforce Connect, APIs, etc.

Telecom Industry Knowledge :

- BSS/OSS Integration : Strong understanding of telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) with end-to-end telecom order management, sales automation, customer lifecycle, and billing.

- Telecom Network & Services : Knowledge of telecom network architectures, service provisioning, order bundling, and pricing models.

- Telecom Products : Familiarity with enterprise telecom products such as Mobile, Fixed, and Mobile Broadband; Data Communication solutions including MPLS, Data Centers, UC, SDWAN, and IPLC.

System Testing Expertise :

- Salesforce Testing : Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce Flows/Journeys for Lead-to-Order processes (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order creation, CPQ functionality, Product Catalog, Offers, Pricing rules).

- Order Management Testing : Validation of decomposed orders, technical service configuration, and fulfillment stages.

- End-to-End Testing : Testing between Salesforce and external systems including Oracle BSS/OSS, ERP systems, and Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle Fusion, API Gateway).

- API Testing : Proficient in REST and SOAP API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger, with data validation across integrated systems.

- Test Management : Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and Sanity testing; skilled in test automation using Selenium-based tools.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Communications Cloud experience.

- Strong knowledge of system integrations.

- Experience with Oracle RODOD (DBE), BSS/OSS stack, Siebel, BRM, etc.

- Understanding of telecom enterprise B2B sales processes, pricing & quote management, and order management processes.
