About Us:
Voorent is a fast-growing furniture and appliances rental startup, offering high-quality products with quick delivery, hassle-free installation, and maintenance. We are building a strong presence across Delhi NCR with plans for pan-India expansion.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, manage broker partnerships, and convert leads into long-term rental clients. The role involves a mix of field and telephonic sales, relationship building, and strategic business development to fuel Voorents growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with property brokers, PG owners, and real estate agents to generate steady leads.
- Identify and approach potential B2C and B2B clients for rental solutions.
- Convert inbound and broker-generated leads into successful deals.
- Conduct product pitches and presentations to prospective customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 03 years of sales/business development experience (furniture, appliances, rental, or real estate industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR real estate and broker network is a plus.
