Role: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the advertising/marketing industry. Youll be responsible for driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage prospective clients; maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and hand over to the execution team smoothly.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver impactful pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored client materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
- Proven business development/sales experience in advertising or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/events.
