This role is for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive based in Gurgaon, focused on managing local partnerships with multi-brand automotive workshops. This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent local travel, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve sales growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- New Partnerships: Identify and engage with multi-brand workshops to create new business opportunities and expand the company's network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both existing and potential workshop partners.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives, actively contributing to business growth.
- Market Insights: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and partner needs.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and share valuable feedback from partners with the product team to help enhance offerings.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Order Execution, and Product teams to ensure effective business outcomes.
- Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and presentations.
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts and drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-2 years in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles, with a preference for the automotive industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory: Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.
